Shipping & Handling Information
1. Please note that shipping & handling estimates are added in the shopping cart based on shipping method choice: ground, two day air and one day air. The default shipping method used is FedEx Ground for tracking purposes (we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses). Currently, our guides are offered for sale in the US only. However, we may be able to accommodate overseas orders to certain countries with advanced notice. Please contact us first to determine if we can ship to your country and to calculate the shipping costs. Typical turnaround time for most orders is 2-3 weeks. Some restrictions may apply. NJ residents add 7% sales tax.

2. Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policies: We will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. An RMA is required and 15% restocking fee is assessed. Please contact us for an RMA before returning any items. We regret that we cannot accept any returns after 30 days of purchase. Shipping fees are reimbursed for damaged or defective products only. We are open M-F during regular business hours. We are not open on weekends, local, state or federal holidays.
