Shipping FAQ & Fax Order Form
1. Please note that shipping & handling estimates are added in the shopping cart based on shipping method choice. Currently, our guides are offered for sale in the US only. However, we may be able to accommodate overseas orders to certain countries with advanced notice. Please contact us first to determine if we can ship to your country and to calculate the shipping costs. Typical turnaround time for most orders is 2-3 weeks. Some restrictions may apply. NJ residents add 7% sales tax.
2. Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policies: We will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. Returns are accepted within 15 calendar days of purchase. An RMA is required and 20% restocking is assessed. Please contact us for an RMA before returning any items. We regret that we cannot accept any returns after 15 calendar days of purchase.
3. Orders sent to Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional shipping and handling fees which will be added after your place the order. Please contact us for additional information.
